- Hanzo is back as the June Starlight. Pixie's 2026-05-09 update reverts the prior Harith read — the skin is Hanzo Fang of Slaughter. Sequence: original Hanzo leak → data flipped to Harith Rebel Emberfang (5/6) → flipped back to Hanzo on 5/9. Treat as the current best read but expect potential further movement before June 1.
- New ranked feature — Lane Reservation Card. Guarantees your preferred role in ranked. Card is not consumed if the role is naturally available, the match is invalid, or you queue in a full 5-stack. No release date attached yet.
- Bleach collab delay rumor (community leak — possibly 2027). See Bleach & Street Fighter Collab Casts for details — it's now flagged as a possible delay rather than a firm July 2026 drop.
🔔 Schedule shift — updated 2026-05-06
- Dawning Star resale is DELAYED. May 28 is no longer reliable — Abyssal Wing was bundled with Dawning Star and slips with it. The five-skin set (Lancelot, Bruno, Chou, Esmeralda, Wanwan) is still leaked but no new date.
- Mistbender takes the late-May slot (~May 29). Team-gathering tokens point to Mistbender, not Dawning Star — so Nana and Aldous mains plan around late May instead.
- Sanrio Resale window confirmed: ~June 5–30. Four skins (Claude Bad Bro, Angela Heartstring, Chang'e Moon Artist, Floryn Fluffy Dream); first 10x guarantees Floryn. Safe-to-50 budget ~1,961💎.

- May 17 — Pharsa All-Star skin (Sea-Warm Oracle). Leaks suggest event-pass, ~599💎 — this is the paid All-Star skin, not the free one. (Free is Yu Zhong via Tidal Treasure Hunt.)
- Mid-May — Aspirant resale. Returning Ruby, Angela, Chang, Leslie aspirant skins, expected to follow the same KOF-style switching/draw pattern.
- May 21 — Gemini zodiac rotation begins. Selena and Karina Gemini skins return. Skip if your zodiac power is low — zodiac eats diamonds fast at low pity.
May 28 — Dawning Star resale ⚠️ DELAYED
Update 2026-05-06: The May 28 date is no longer reliable. Pixie's BIG LEAK SHIFT video (May 4) reads team-gathering event tokens as pointing to Mistbender, not Dawning Star — implying Dawning Star slips. June 15 — Season 40 reset and Hirara
The big one. Two things land together:
- Season 40 — Decisive Moment reset. Standard ranked reset.
- Hirara — new assassin. From the advanced server. Profile per Kazuki: high mobility burst with chase + finisher potential.

If she releases on schedule, expect her in nearly every ban phase for the first few weeks of Season 40. Cross-reference for builds and counters once roster data ships post-release.
May 24 — Ling All-Star in shop
Ling All-Star (Phantom Current) drops in the shop on May 24 for 1,089💎 with a likely first-week discount. Ling is consistently one of the most-played heroes — if the effects deliver, this is one of May's biggest skin pulls. Kazuki's advice: don't recharge day-one — wait, check All-Star event offers, then decide.

June free skin paths — Roger, Atlas Elite, Football Carnival
Three additional free skin paths surface on the All-Star calendar in June:
- Jun 5 — Roger special skin (free path). Free skin path tied to All-Star activities. Tier and skin name not yet specified.
- Jun 12 — Atlas Elite (free path). Possibly the same Atlas reward delayed from earlier league/event cycles. Players who missed prior Atlas free events get another shot.
- Mid-to-late June — Football Carnival. Football-themed event expected to bring back the Lazily Referee mode plus a free avatar border. Visible on the All-Star calendar — likely tied to All-Star themed activities and currency.
That brings the total free skin paths over the All-Star window to roughly 7 if everything ships as scheduled (Yu Zhong, the May 1 1-of-4 pick, the May 18 border, Roger, Atlas Elite, Football Carnival, plus Nana 10th Anniversary later).
June 22 — Cancer zodiac
June 22 — Cancer zodiac rotation. Zask Cancer skin returns. Same caveat as Gemini — only worthwhile at high zodiac power.
Quality-of-life — Lane Reservation Card and team-finder tags
Added 2026-05-10 from Pixie's 2026-05-09 update. No release date attached.
- Lane Reservation Card. Reserves your preferred role in ranked and guarantees it. Pixie: "This feature lets you reserve your favorite role and guarantees you get it 100%." Card is not consumed if the role is naturally available, the match is invalid, or you're in a 5-stack — so you can hold one indefinitely until a contested queue actually needs it.
- Team-finder tags. Party profiles will get tags for preferred role, gameplay style, and team needs (looking for roamer, mid laner, local players, ranked-push permanent teammates). The matchmaker uses these to pair players with similar preferences, reducing role-fights.
These are forward-looking additions — no patch attached yet. Track for follow-up once an in-client preview lands.
Reforge Your Legend — tank/support direction this year
Added 2026-05-10 from Pixie's 2026-05-09 update.
Last cycle's Reforge Your Legend candidate was Popol & Kupa. Moonton has now signalled the next round will lean toward tank and support heroes. Direct quote: "This year, we will make significant adjustments to the hero roster for Reforge Your Legend. Currently, we are more inclined to select tank and support heroes."
This is a planning signal for tank/support mains — older heroes in those roles are in the candidate pool. No specific names are out yet.
Promo diamonds — NOT confirmed for All-Star
Promo (yellow) diamonds are NOT visible in the in-game All-Star highlights calendar. Some leaks/assets suggest they may come later, but Kazuki explicitly asks viewers to treat them as a question mark — historically the safest confirmed window is anniversary or Double 11, not the current calendar.

July 1 — Jones Starlight is one possibility per leaks, but other names are in the July pool. Treat as not confirmed.
September — MLBB 10th Anniversary. Leaks mention:

Exact dates and prices aren't official. Anniversary historically brings free rewards and big shop discounts — worth saving toward.
