Player Guide — Hajun (300+ stars, ex-pro roamer)

Honest framing

"Everyone says Angela is a no-skill hero — they are completely right. But there's a massive difference between a click-and-pray Angela and the 300-star Angela."

You don't carry on Angela mechanically. You carry by psychological pressure — being constantly attached to the strongest player so they never die and always have follow-up.

Skill philosophy (paraphrased from intro)

• S1 — heal/shield spam. Hajun: not a "click when ally is low" tool — spam it on the carry preemptively so the heal-tick is always running.
• S2 — slow + stun. "If they move, they're stunned, they're dead." Aim it at where the target WILL be, not where they are. Movement = stun proc.
• Ult — body possession. "I don't ult to save you. I ult to use your body as a vessel for MVP."
  • You can teleport across the entire map via ult onto any teammate, faster than any global.
  • Use ult OFFENSIVELY: ult onto your jungler when they engage → you arrive with full mana + cooldowns and make it a 6v5 fight.
  • Hajun's specific call: when carry pings turtle/lord, ult onto them mid-channel for the steal-defense.

Macro — playing around the carry

The Angela playstyle is shadow the strongest player on your team. Specifically:

• Sit in the bush adjacent to your carry's lane during their farming.
• Heal-tick them constantly so they bully the matchup.
• Ult onto them when they engage even from across the map.

General Angela meta (community standard, not from this transcript): Support emblem with Inspire/Pull Yourself Together/Focusing Mark; Rapid Boots + Favor; Flask of Oasis → Enchanted Talisman → Oracle → Brute Force → Immortality.

When to pick Angela

Into comps where you have a clear win-condition carry (Karrie, Beatrix, Granger, Mia) who can be enabled. Don't pick Angela if your team is full of disengage heroes (Yi Sun-shin, Esmeralda, Belerick) — her ult has nowhere to land valuably.

Counter notes

• Hayabusa, Lancelot, Aamon, Hayabusa — anyone who can shadow-execute Angela in 1.5s.
• Sun clones make ult-stun targeting impossible.
• Wind of Nature on the enemy carry = your S2 stun gets ignored on the auto-attacker, big problem.

Mental rule

Don't try to flex your skill on Angela — there is no skill expression. Be invisible, be everywhere your carry is, ult into objectives instead of out of them.
