All-Star 2026 runs Apr 30 – Jun 30 — two months, the biggest event swing of the year.
The prize pool includes actual gold jewelry — not gold buff, real metal. ~2,000 pieces awarded, $110–$500 each.
The map gets reskinned as Dreadsea — underwater theme, glowing jellyfish, swirling-vortex fountain. Lord becomes Lady Lord.
Tide Clash custom lobbies let teams wager diamonds, treasure-hunt coins, or skin fragments per match — winners take losers' fees.
No promo diamond rerun expected — only a ~30% week-1 discount on Ling.
The map: Dreadsea
All-Star 2026 ships an entirely new map called Dreadsea, and the theme lands the moment you spawn in. The palette is dark and gloomy, the lighting blue, the fountain rebuilt as a swirling vortex, and glowing jellyfish drift around the base. The spawn pad carries a large octopus mark; the centre of mid lane is engraved with the All-Star 2026 logo. Even the turret tops have been animated to spin — a dynamic detail that until now was reserved for Yi Sun-shin's signature turret.
The Lethal Wanderer creep gets the most thematic reskin: it becomes a glowing jellyfish, and killing it leaves a small jellyfish that follows you for a short window — a cosmetic familiar, not a gameplay buff.
Lady Lord and the underwater redesign
Lord doesn't just get a recolour. Moonton rebuilt the model as Lady Lord — an ocean-guardian design with a towering trident-like prison rising behind her. Every animation has been reworked: the way she fights, the way she charges, the way she dies. During a turret push she summons a wave to clear minions. Turtle, by contrast, is unchanged — Kazuki flags this as the obvious objective skin Moonton skipped.
"The Lord, or in this case the Lordess, looks majestic here with this ocean-inspired design." — Kazuki
Tide Clash — wager-based custom lobbies
This is the headline mode. Tide Clash is a 5v5 custom lobby where the host sets a wager currency — diamonds, treasure-hunt coins, or skin fragments — and every player pays a participation fee that the winning team takes. You can queue as a pre-made team of five, or solo through the Event Hall, where open-slot challenges are filterable by country and by friends.
For confident squads it's effectively a diamond printer. For everyone else it's a way to gamble All-Star coins on All-Star games.
Tidal Treasure Hunt — yes, real gold
The headline reward, and it's not a metaphor. The Tidal Treasure Hunt is a treasure-hunt-coin draw whose prize pool contains in-game diamonds, the Yu Zhong All-Star skin (Tight Scale Sea Lord), and actual gold jewelry — bracelets and commemorative coins valued $110–$500 USD per piece. The advanced prize pool totals 55 million in-game diamonds and ~2,000 gold jewelry rewards.
The Yu Zhong skin sits behind a specific token threshold: 23,000 fishing-event tokens, earned through the companion mini-fishing game.
"Yes, real gold jewelry — not gold buff, not gold blade. Actual gold." — Elgin
Battlefield drops & pre-match betting
Treasure-hunt coins also drop inside ranked and casual matches, on two parallel tracks. Team rewards trigger on turtle kills, lord kills, tower destructions, map coin pickups, and every +2,500 of team gold. Individual rewards trigger on enemy kills, assists, and in-match highlight notifications.
Layered on top is pre-match betting — stake your coins before queue, win to double, lose to recover only a small portion. It adds genuine ranked-game pressure if you opt in; you can ignore it entirely and still farm coins through normal play.
Skins
Three All-Star event skins are confirmed, all underwater-themed, but the acquisition path differs sharply across the three:
| Skin | Hero | Path | Cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tight Scale Sea Lord | Yu Zhong | Free via Tidal Treasure Hunt | 23,000 fishing tokens |
| Sea-Warm Oracle | Pharsa | Paid event pass (expected May 17) | ~599💎 (leak — verify in-client) |
| Phantom Current | Ling | Standard draws | ~2,389💎 full draw |
Earlier coverage said "one will be free" without naming which — Kazuki's April 28 update locks it in: Yu Zhong is the free one. A painted Yu Zhong variant called Fathomless Sea Lord also exists for the Tidal Treasure Hunt prize tier. Pharsa is on a paid event-pass path, with the price still unverified. Pixie's read on Ling's draws is that there's no promo diamond rerun coming — just a ~30% week-1 discount.
"There's no mention of a promo diamond rerun. There's a high chance this all-star event won't include promo diamonds like usual." — Pixie
The free skin pick
Separate from the All-Star event skins, every player gets to pick one free skin at launch from a four-option pool: Rafaela (All-Star 2023), Zilong (515), Harith (515), or Gatotkaca (Elite). On top of that, Roger gets a separate free special-tier skin at some point during the event — Pixie says the schedule isn't fully detailed yet.
