+6Ling nerfed — reversing his 2.1.86 buff. S2 cooldown is no longer a flat 2s at every level (now starts 2.5s) and energy cost 30 → 35. Last week's "Ling is finally good" buff is being walked back before it ever shipped live.



+13Ling buffed — basic attack speed up (faster jungle clear) and Skill 2 cooldown shortened + energy cost reduced. Aimed squarely at his slow/clunky early game. (This is the change people are asking about — it is advance-server only, not live.)



+12HP recovery (feral regen) reduced; skill 2 cooldown increased and crit bug fixed; HP-overrecovery bug fixed; extra damage scaling shifted from target max HP to extra physical attack.
Advanced-server experimental Feral rework (corroborates Kazuki 0d7). Larger passive Wound, easier to break; breaking it triggers Feral state with stacking large-area Claw Strikes. Skill 2 resets each time an HP bar is depleted; higher base damage, lower physical scaling.
