New hero Hirara (#133) — an assassin with only 2 skills and NO ultimate, called unique in the entire game and "difficult." (Same hero teased in Kazuki's recent creator-contest video — the kit detail is new.)
Jungle buffs: Retribution buffed, jungle creeps respawn earlier and give more XP → faster jungler power spikes.
A pack of control/QoL optimizations: Avatar Quick Cast (skills prioritize your locked target), hero-lock auto-restore, no-cancel-lock when casting on others, adjustable skill-wheel size + skill size protection, control-effect cast cancel, enhanced-basic-attack input ordering, and lingering vision around bushes.
Brawl mode revamped: full map redesign, a recall button, the flying-vehicle mechanic, and buy-items-just-after-leaving-base.
Highlights feature returns — auto-generated post-match clips (templates or raw export). Fragment Shop refreshed (heroes rotated in/out, some skins refreshed).
10th-anniversary hints: three anniversary skins — Layla (the face), Chou, Nana — at least one free; a free collector skin is still only a rumor (Kazuki hopes it's Moskov, unconfirmed). No universal-collector news — expected a later patch.
Sourcing & caveats
Kazuki's walkthrough of what's landing on the original (live) server with Season 41 — the system, control, and mode-level changes, plus the new hero and the first 10th-anniversary hints. This is the original-server patch the 2.1.90 advanced-server digest flagged as "arriving this week," so it's the live counterpart to that advance balance pass. It's creator-previewed and carries no exact stat numbers — directional only ("buffed," "respawn earlier," "more XP") — so nothing here touches our live tier tables; it's the feature/QoL story, not a balance sheet. Single-source (Kazuki). Where it overlaps existing leak coverage (anniversary skins, the Irithel model refresh), it now adds a second voice.
Status
Kazuki frames this as the upcoming changes for the original (live) server with the new season (Season 41) — the live patch that pairs with the separately-tracked 2.1.90 advance-server balance pass. Everything below is directional and creator-previewed — no exact numbers were given for the jungle/Retribution buffs — so it stays out of our live tier tables. Single-source (Kazuki Official, 2026-06-16).
New hero — Hirara (#133)
- An assassin with a genuinely unusual kit: only two skills and no ultimate. Kazuki calls this unique in the entire game and warns she's difficult to play. He didn't walk through the skills in this video (offered a dedicated guide if requested).
- This is the same "Hirara" teased in Kazuki's recent creator-contest video (the contest themed on the upcoming hero) — so the name now appears across two of his videos, and the no-ultimate, two-skill kit detail is the new piece. The name remains audio-only (spelling unconfirmed) until the hero hits the client.
Hero model refreshes
Visual-only model updates — not revamps (no skill or mechanic changes):
- Irithel gets a completely new look — a cleaner, better-looking model for the marksman. (This lines up with the "revamped basic Irithel skin tied to a hero update" noted in the H2 skin roadmap — so the Irithel refresh is now corroborated from a second channel.)
- A second hero's model is also refreshed (described as looking fiercer/more powerful); the name wasn't clear enough in the audio to print, so it's omitted here rather than guessed.
- Separately, Kazuki notes Kaja, Masha, and several other heroes are in the advance-server testing/adjustment lineup ("major overhaul"). The balance side of that — Kaja's buff and Masha's nerf — is already covered in the 2.1.90 advance digest; this video only restates that they're in testing, without new numbers.
Battlefield & control QoL
The meat of the patch is jungle pacing and a stack of control optimizations:
- Jungle / hyper buffs. Retribution is buffed; jungle creeps respawn earlier and the XP they give is increased — junglers hit power spikes and key levels faster, with bigger early map impact. (No exact values stated.)
- Avatar Quick Cast (new). When enabled, a skill prioritizes the enemy you've locked onto, ignoring other nearby targets — so a cast stays focused on your chosen hero instead of accidentally hitting someone beside them. Kazuki flags this as a big QoL win for burst heroes like Saber and Eudora, where one mis-target wastes the whole combo.
- Hero-lock improvements. If your locked target is lost and you don't pick a new one shortly, the game now auto-restores the original lock (previously manual). And casting a skill on a different enemy no longer cancels your current lock — smoother target tracking in teamfights.
- Two new control options. Skill-wheel size is now manually adjustable (smaller = more sensitive aim, larger = more precision). Skill size protection adds a protection area around a skill button — releasing your finger inside it auto-targets a nearby enemy and casts, cutting accidental misses.
- Control-effect cast cancel. If you're under crowd control and release a skill button immediately, the skill is cancelled rather than firing the instant control ends — no more unwanted auto-casts on regaining control.
- Enhanced basic-attack ordering. Enhanced basics weaved between skills now execute in the exact order you timed them (previously they could be interrupted by skill casts) — cleaner combos for attack-weaving heroes.
- Lingering bush vision. When you have vision of an enemy, it now briefly lingers as they enter/exit a bush, so enemies don't instantly vanish — smoother vision control during fights and rotations.
Brawl mode revamp
Brawl gets a massive overhaul:
- The entire map is redesigned.
- A recall button is added (Kazuki admits it serves little real purpose in Brawl but feels nice to have).
- The flying-vehicle mechanic is added, meant to speed matches up and get players back into the action faster.
- You can now buy items for a few seconds after leaving base — no more walking out and realizing you forgot an item.
Highlights feature & Fragment Shop
- Highlights feature returns. After a match the game auto-generates highlight clips of your best moments — use ready-made templates for a polished edit or export the raw footage to edit yourself.
- Fragment Shop update. The shop is refreshed: new heroes added, older ones rotated out, and several skins refreshed — worth checking before spending saved fragments.
10th-anniversary hints
- Kazuki shows what looks like 10th-anniversary invitation artwork. Reported so far: three new anniversary skins — Layla as the main face of the theme, plus Chou and Nana. At least one is expected to be free through the event.
- A free collector skin during the anniversary is still just a rumor — which hero is unknown. Kazuki personally hopes it's Moskov (his words, not a confirmation). (Moskov was already one of the free-collector candidates in the H2 roadmap; Nana was already named in the anniversary preview. Layla's anniversary presence matches the mid-June Pixie roundup. Chou is the new addition.)
- No news yet on the universal collector — Kazuki expects it a later patch, not this one.
Notes & uncertainty
- No live numbers. The jungle/Retribution buffs are directional ("buffed," "respawn earlier," "more XP") with no values — nothing here enters heroes.md/meta.md tier tables.
- Single-source (Kazuki). The anniversary skins (Layla/Nana), the Irithel refresh, and Moskov's free-collector candidacy each have a second voice in prior coverage; Hirara's kit, the control/Brawl changes, and Chou's anniversary skin rest on Kazuki alone for now.
- "Hirara" is audio-only — treat the spelling as provisional until the hero is in-client.
- Title vs. content. The video title states "FREE MOSKOV COLLECTOR SKIN," but the spoken content is explicitly a rumor + personal hope — we report it that way, not as confirmed.
