Leomord is the standout — Kazuki calls his revamp "the real star of the show" with a dramatic visual reset.
Kaja's wings finally work — he'll fly across the map and grab enemies mid-flight (a long-requested fantasy fulfilled).
Karrie gets a submerge mechanic on her second skill plus a fiercer visual pass.
Popol & Kupa passed the community revamp survey — approval locked in, scope/timing TBD.
Brody and Badang are also listed but with no specifics yet — treat as confirmed-but-pending.
What this list is and isn't
This is a leak-stage roadmap based on Kazuki's read of dev streams and survey results — not a patch note. None of these revamps are live, none have a confirmed patch number, and the kit details below are subject to change before launch.
What it does tell you:
- Which heroes Moonton has prioritized for kit/visual rework over the next several patches.
- Which revamps have already cleared community survey gating (Popol & Kupa).
- Which revamps have specific mechanics teased vs. just-listed.
The six revamps in detail
Leomord — the standout
Kazuki frames Leomord as the most exciting of the six: "the real star of the show" with a dramatically new visual vibe. No specific kit numbers in the leak — but the framing suggests this is the rework Moonton is putting their heaviest production polish on. Worth tracking for fighter mains.
Kaja — functional wings
Kaja's wings have always been cosmetic. Post-revamp, he'll be able to fly across the map and grab enemies mid-flight. This is a fundamental kit identity change — Kaja goes from "support tank with a single-target hook ult" to "global-pressure flying playmaker." Major implication for ban priority and roam meta if the global flight is uncapped.
Update 2026-05-15 — full Kaja kit walkthrough. Kazuki's 2026-05-15 video (
5yWJ1Dl-0bY) walks the revamped kit skill-by-skill. This firms up the "flying playmaker" framing into specifics:
Ability Revamp detail Passive — Paralysis Skill hits apply a brief slow + 8% damage-output reduction for 5s (minions included). S1 — Ring of Order Expanding lightning ring now heals Kaja on each hit, ~5s cooldown — spammable sustain in extended fights. S2 — Soaring Wings Dash + magic damage + knock-up, then enter Soaring (~6.6s flight, ignores terrain, bonus MS, basics become a moving circular AoE). Recast in Soaring on an enemy hero → extends duration and resets S2 CD to 4s. Ult — Divine Binding No longer single-target suppress. A large lasso zone restrains all enemy heroes inside for 2.5s; the zone is movable and shrinkable. Net: Kaja becomes a high-mobility AoE control fighter with built-in healing — a much bigger meta lever than the old single-target hook. Still leak/preview-stage; numbers can shift before live. "Instead of suppressing only one target like old Kaja, the new ultimate creates a giant lightning lasso area, and after a short delay all enemy heroes inside become restrained and cannot leave the area for 2.5 seconds." — Kazuki
Karrie — submerge + visual
Two changes:
- Second skill submerges her underwater (mechanical addition — likely an evasion/repositioning tool)
- Visual update making her look fiercer
Submerge mechanics in MLBB historically grant brief untargetability or movement bonuses (compare Wanwan's S2 dash). If Karrie's submerge does either, her duel/escape pattern shifts meaningfully.
Popol & Kupa — survey-approved
The revamp passed community survey approval. This is the formal gate Moonton runs before committing engineering time to a kit-level change. No specific mechanics teased in the leak — but the green-light means this revamp is likely closer to release than the un-surveyed ones.
Brody and Badang — listed but unspecified
Both heroes are confirmed on the revamp list with no kit details yet. Brody is a marksman who's been meta-stable for years; Badang is a fighter who's been near-irrelevant in ranked. Brody's revamp will likely be a numbers/QoL pass; Badang's is a candidate for a bigger kit identity reset.
What this signals about Moonton's revamp cadence
Six revamps queued in a single leak round is on the high end of MLBB's revamp throughput — typically Moonton ships 2–4 revamps per quarter. Two reads:
- They're using the 10th anniversary year (2026) as a roster polish window — clearing out heroes whose kits feel dated before the next era of releases.
- Some of these revamps will slip. When Moonton announces six, expect 3–4 to actually hit the live patch by year-end.
Mains of these heroes should treat the announcement as a planning signal, not a build trigger — don't shelve a hero you're climbing with based on a leaked revamp; wait for the test server.
