Passive enhanced-basic-attack base damage 160 -> 135 -- walks back the 2.1.88 advance buff (120 -> 160). Mainly hurts sustained DPS in extended fights once his passive ramps. Kazuki calls it not a massive nerf and not enough to fully tame his late-game bonking.

Ultimate (Swan Song) self-slow increased: Odette is now slowed 40% instead of 20% while channeling, making it much harder to reposition mid-ult. The enhanced wave effects from her passive during the ultimate are completely removed (the damage stays). Moonton felt the ult gave too much advantage; she now feels less mobile and less overwhelming in teamfights.

Early/mid-game toned down after performing too well in teamfights. Passive bonuses per remaining health bar reduced (less movement speed, attack speed, resilience). S2 and ultimate now scale off EXTRA physical attack instead of TOTAL physical attack -- printed percentages look higher but she needs more items to reach the same power. Late game still scary; early snowball slowed.
