Lylia is not a combo-heavy hero. Her game is the S1 ↔ S2 synergy.
Basic combo:
Critical execution note: after the first detonation, manually aim S1 instead of tap-spamming. Gloom only devours spheres within its range. If you spam-place spheres outside Gloom's leash, you waste damage and rotation.
Wave clear: drop several spheres along the wave path, then cast Gloom — chain detonations clear the wave nearly instantly.
Advanced (harder timing): cast Gloom first, then drop a sphere directly in front of it. Since Gloom lingers, it devours the sphere as soon as it enters range — instant detonation that's hard for enemies to react to.
