Server Rollback Compensation — Free Epic Skin OR 1,500 COA For Affected Players
TL;DR
- A data-center incident in Turkey caused MLBB to roll the server back to May 6 to restore play. Some match progress and event progress was lost; Moonton confirms purchases are safe.
- All affected players receive a base mail bundle within 3 working days: 4,500 Treasure Hunt Coins, 4 Worn Spearheads, 200 Tickets, 12 Random Emblem Fragment Packs, 1 Random Hero Trial Pack, 10 Rare Skin Fragments, 1 Star Protection Card.
- Server-4000-range players also get a Choice Pack via Events tab → Server Rollback Compensation. Login awards a fan-shaped token; redeem for one of three packs:
- Pack 1 — Starlight Member Card + Epic Skin Bundle (pick 1 of 5)
- Pack 2 — Hero Choice Pack ×2 + 2,000 Magic Dust
- Pack 3 — 1,500 Crystals of Aurora
- Best value reads: Pack 1 for skin-poor accounts, Pack 3 for veteran/full-skin accounts. Pack 2 is only worthwhile if you're still building your hero pool.

What happened
A data-center fire incident at one of MLBB's overseas partner facilities (in Turkey) caused server issues. Some player data after a certain timestamp was lost; Moonton rolled the affected server back to its May 6 state to restore stability.
Pixie's read: "There was an incident at one of MLBB's overseas partner data centers that caused server issues… some player data after a certain time got rolled back and several account progresses weren't saved properly."
Kazuki's read: "MLBB had to roll back the server data back to May 6 server time in order to restore the game quickly… core assets and purchases are safe."
Effect: anything you completed between May 6 and the rollback is gone (matches, event progress) — but diamond purchases, skin unlocks, and account-level progression are preserved.

Choice Pack event (server 4000 range)
In addition to the base mail, server 4000 range accounts (Turkey region) get access to a Choice Pack flow:
- Open the Events tab.
- Find Server Rollback Compensation.
- Each daily login awards 1 fan-shaped token.
- Spend tokens on one of three packs (you pick — not all three).
Other servers may receive the Choice Pack later, but at time of writing only the 4000 range is confirmed.
